Last Track day of the season, Brainerd International Raceway, Oct 2017

The summer is over… they say time flies when you are having fun right? Well, I can’t believe we are back to the cold season of MN winter. Yay… To go out with a bang, my brother and I participated in one last track day of the season at BIR. I have frequented this track for many years. This past summer I was able to get up there half a dozen times so that was pretty awesome! I tracked the Red 911 Turbo S for its last time before she went off to its new owner. I will say, it’s a great way to get the quirks out of the system. You truly do know how to drive to the potential of the car and experience the technology it has.

I also had my brother tag along in his highly modified GTR which was a blast! That car is just insane, how much fun it is on the track, its like it was born to be there. He is just getting into racing and has done a phenomenal job learning the course and driving the car to its potential. We had a few setback on the car mainly b/c the car is soo darn smart, it knew the tires were diff tread patterns thus throwing traction control alarms. Regardless, he took it easy and we had a blast.

Til next season… BIR, we will see you then!
