Welcome to our luxury garage condo in the Medina Motorplex. We are opening our unit to share with other enthusiasts for hosting events, renting work space and many other potential ideas. The 1200 sqft garage space and 600 sqft finished mezzanine allows for plenty of space to fill your needs. Lets get to some details below of what is included in this unit.
This unit comes fairly well equipped to host a multitude of events. Such occasions could include:
- Detailing vehicles or boats
- Wrapping vehicles
- Birthday parties
- Club Events
- Networking events
- Many other potential opportunities!
The awesome heated and epoxy finished floor has space on the floor for 4 normal cars along with a massive collection of lockable cabinets. If you choose to be a normal renter, you can easily lock your personal belongings in one section of cabinet. We also have work benches on the forward section, again with plenty of space for tools and equipment. There is a washer and dryer unit on the back wall along with a small utility sink. On the forward wall, again, cabinets and a TV with an Amazon Fire stick. You can log in using your credentials and have all the apps at your disposal.
Also on the floor, we have a massive safe built into the unit. It is currently outfitted for storing guns/ammo. Should you have a need to store a gun, of any size really, we can accomodate for it. I have a camera in the unit which will be active at any movement. Sample pic of the camera is in the pic sequence.
As we head up the stairs, we are welcome to a nice luxurious lounge type setup. We have a pool table, another tv with a fire stick, a small office desk corner with monitors and docking station and a full bathroom. Better yet, there is a kitchenette with a high-top table for 6, a microwave, garbage drawer, tons of cabinetry and a refrigerator. We do have plates and cutlery on hand.
I also have an offer for the business owners out there. Provide us a sign of your company and we can hang it up on the wall! The amount of foot traffic that comes thru the monthly Caffeine and Octane event is insane! We easily had hundreds of people walking by and in our unit! This is a great passive opportunity to showcase your business.
Rates are as follows:
- Gun Storage - $150 / month. Includes ammo if you want
- Daily rental (24hrs) - $500
- Weekly Rental (7 days) - $2500

There are some rules and items to be covered on a case by case basis. Please reach out to inquire about your specific event and we can discuss these details. The complex is under security and I would be meeting you at any reservation to get you in and setup. No overnights are allowed. Clean up after your event is required or there will be additional charges. Any damage, would be required payment on the spot.
